Chronic fatigue can be treated through antidepressants and sleeping pills. The feeling of exhaustion can make a person depressed. Sleeping pills will help you cope with the chronic fatigue syndrome when natural ways of treatment do not work.
Patients with adrenal fatigue can find cure through natural ways. An adrenal fatigue recovery diet would require a healthy and complete diet. Intake of grains, refined sugar, legumes and vegetable oils should be eliminated. However, a salt-filled diet should be increased.
