I probably don’t sleep as much as I should(about 6-7 hours a night), but lately I’ve been experience mid-day tiredness, which isn’t that normal for me, and I’ve noticed that my eyes are getting dark circles under them. Besides getting a few more hours of shut eye, is there anything else I could do. Could low iron, or a lack of some other mineral be another factor?
If you eat healthy, you shouldn’t have to take iron supplements. Besides, I heard that taking iron supplements can actually harm you.
Do you go to bed at a regular hour like consistently during the week? If you sleep and wake up at different times everyday, your body will have a hard time adjusting to your sleep schedule.

This is what my doctor(s) say and thus they refuse to do any other test except for a blood test.
Do I just need to accept the constant tiredness ?
Your dosage of Prozac is a very low level. I recently asked my doctor to up the dosage from 20mg to 30mg. He was fine with that and said the 20mg was not a high dosage. I have not experienced the tiredness that you have. I have been using Prozac for six years for anxiety, but it is also used for depression. Tiredness is a sign of depression. Perhaps you should be on a higher dosage. I’m amazed at how little some doctors know. Maybe you could do more research on the internet, but change doctors if they can’t help you. Good luck.

I am 43 year old male, and am feeling overall poorly. I am strong and all that, but I just feel weak and tired, and I have difficulty getting good sleep. I recently was diagnosed with sleep apnea and am using the CPAP machine, but I still wake up tired and cant maintain my sleep through the night. I still drag through the day with tiredness, weakness, and depression. A friend suggested a series of tests his naturepathic doctor took him through including hormone levels check, hair, and spittle test…but he didnt know what the other tests available to determine chemistry and nutritional deficiencys might be. Wondering if anyone could advise me on what tests to have my doctor adminster.

I’m in a generally good shape (exercise 3 times a week, eat well, etc.), but I’m just coming out of several years of working 6 days/5 nights a week (yes, I’ll get the diploma soon) and I’m dead tired.
Now that I have about three months in front of me with absolutely no work to do, what is the best way for me to catch up on accumulated tiredness?
1-Do you have enough oxygen in the place where you are working? Remember, oxygen is the first thing we need to survive. In fact, yawning is the body’s natural response when it needs more oxygen. If your room does not have a window or you don’t get enough air for any reason, go outside from time to time and have a deep breath.
2-There is an important item you are missing. Water ! How many glasses of water do you drink per day? if it’s less than 8, then it is completely natural that you will become dead tired. Try to carry a bottle of ice and water wherever you go, to ensure that you drink enough water per day. Try this solution for one week and see how it transforms your energy level.
3-Try to have a short nap in the afternoon (45 minutes to 1.5 Hour at most) No more than that as it will make you drowsy again. It is like a charging mechanism for the body
Good Luck with the diploma

Frequent headaches, tiredness, depression, does lack of any vitamins or minerals cause that? Are there any natural treatments for it, like herbal blends, not weed, lol, but like stuff they sell at those herbal shops? or wal-mart xD
B 12 complex helps.
Eating large percentages of raw food (fruit & veggies) helps a great deal also.
Drink lots of water, cut back on soda, caffiene etc.
You will have more energy, less depression, headaches, and be thinking much clearer.
