    This could not be …
This could not be more wrong. It is not yoga, it is not kettlebells, and it is not safe body mechanics. Get your kettlebell instruction from Tsatsouline’s or Federenko’s people, and your yoga from any source but this.

I don’t know.. some exercises, kind of like these, just do that instead of exhausting you.

Especially the second one, that just seems like it would wake you up.

    Probably. I’m …
Probably. I’m anemic too. I’ve found a really cool home remedy: black strap molasses. It’s a quick shot of iron in one tbsp and it’s used by a lot of anemic folks. Short bursts of exercise help keep me going through the day.

    “muscle confusion” …
“muscle confusion” is a myth made up by people that don’t have a clue how the body really works.

Now that you have lost 10lbs your body requires less calories to maintain itself, also running 5 k now burns less calories as you are 10lbs lighter and require less energy to move your body.

You need to either consume a less calories, or burn more calories (increase the cardio). Try running 6k, or doing some HIT type cardio (jog 1min, run 1min, jog 1min, run 1min, increase run speed each time).

    No offense but you …
No offense but you certainly were not the first to use ketlebells in your videos, or for training.

Cross fit have always used Kettlebells as part of their training, thre are other videos on youtube that go back to 2006 using kettlebells.

I don’t understand why you claim to be one of the first, and/ or why it even matters?

    Is it true that …
Is it true that using the treadmill is a waste of time after a while? I did 5km on the treadmill everyday for 3 weeks and I lost 10lbs of course with eating right. It’s been another 3 weeks now and I’m still doing the same but I haven’t lost any weight. What am I doing wrong?
