The last dr. I saw ...
The last dr. I saw mentioned that my sugar was a bit low after eating, but said it wasnt anything to worry about. I read Rotcods stuff and I am feeling that I have some type of problem with metabolizing. I am allergic to yeast (I think) I have a very bad reaction to alcohol. I dont drink sodas, coffee, and of course alcohol. I am (was) a very active person and want to get back to playing my drums and riding my bike. Any suggestions on what I should try next would be very much appreciated.

Thank you putting ...
Thank you putting you're knowledge and research into a clear message! Much of what you've said I've come across in my own research and thus makes it more credible but you connect the dots that other big pharma corporate whores won't touch on. I commend your courage on breaking away from the system for the sake of humanity. You're so funny, you sound just like me when I get frustrated with mass stupidity and shout out "Am I the only one who sees this? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here!"

Thank you ! Will ...
Thank you ! Will try this and report back. More important 'mystery' stuff. MANY FM people are left-handed/have scoliosis, short leg ( ilial upslip), finger/feet toe anomalies, visceral anomalies, vertebral defects ( L-5, hemangiomas, cervical ribs), 4 surgeries for intestinal volvulus in our support group. ( I'm the leader 8 years.) Also suspected CNS anomalies. (one firm Dx of tethered cord/small posterior fossa) Rh neg. blood - at about 55% of group. Dr. R - please help figure this out !

Lactate ...
Lactate Dehydrogenase is dependent upon NAD. NADH supplements are available at most any healthfood or vitamin store.

O Dr. RotcodO - YES ...
O Dr. RotcodO - YES, YES, YES. But here is another problemO : My lactate dehydrogenase is LOW -O ! Only 60 to 70% of normal - 7 tests over 2 years. I keep asking my doctor (s): "What about this enzyme deficiency?" Answer: "Have you tried Cymbalta yet ?"

It takes ATP for ...
It takes ATP for endocrine cells to make hormones. Any deficit of any cell of any organ is always an energy/ATP issue at the cellular level! (Think chicken versus egg!)

What about thyroid ...
What about thyroid hormones vital role in energy metabolism???? I think she kind of missed that..

Secondly, we can't assume its strictly an energy deficit probelm when it maybe be a hormonal deficiency issue. with CFS i believe its a growth hormone deficiency. Pituitary is basically exhausted... Resulting in delayed and insufficient repair of tissues and muscle.

There are 3 things ...
There are 3 things ATP does.
1. Provide energy (example is energy for myosin head stroke)
2. Dissociation of Myosin head from Actin filament (thus, we need ATP for muscle relaxation as well)
3. We also need ATP to pump out or collect Ca++ from Sarcoplasm back to Sarcoplasmic Reticulum.

Actually on ...
Actually on Fluoride their has been much research if you expand you scope to include Europe where most, due to research, have removed it from water.

If the feds wold fund the studies I'm sure they'd be available. Milk Thistle is a good example of an herb that was studied abroad and is finally being used in ER rooms.

There are many others as well, but sorting the wheat takes much time due to the amount of garbage that does exist.
