Energy Toning Movements Self Help tool Health Kinesiology

February 25th, 2010 . by admin

This self help technique from http://www.hk4health.co.uk developed by Dr Jimmy Scott is a simple and very powerful tool for boosting the levels of energy in the meridians and the body. It can be used to create a balanced energy flow through the whole BioEnergy system. With regular repeated use the whole set of exercises can be done in under 5 minutes and repeated through the day should the need arise. Keeping in contact with the body as we do the exercises helps generate the necessary kinaesthetic sensation to boost the meridian energy to a much higher level. This excess energy can be stored by the body and used throughout the day. A set practised in the morning will keep you going throughout the day and a second set at bed time will help you rest better and gain more from your sleep, this then begins a cycle where your energy levels will exceed the demands you place on yourself. You can also do specific individual exercises if you feel you need a boost in that area of your BioEnergy system. For example if your mind is hectic or concentration is poor, practice the governing and central movements. If you have over indulged or are feeling frustrated and angry practice the gall Bladder/Liver movement. For fear and anxiety use the Bladder/Kidney movement. For digestive difficulties, breathing difficulties or any grief and regret, practice the Large Intestine/Lung movement. The Stomach/Spleen movement can be used for any digestive upset and for worry. Temperature regulation and immune boosting can be supported with the Circulation Sex/Tripple Warmer movement. Issues with love and hate, happiness or jealousy or other digestive issues can be helped with the Heart/Small Intestine movement.

Anything with natural sugars will boost your energy level, at least temporarily. Fruits, etc., are great. Long term energy though is best fueled by a mix of carbs. and proteins, and vitamins.

How to cure restlessness and tiredness the next day caused from the meds I take?

February 22nd, 2010 . by admin

I take one stelazine (anti psychotic) after dinner, one alodorm (sleeping pill) when I go to bed and 4 glasses of vodka to wash down the alodorm. How do I cure drowsiness and body aches the next day?
I didn’t tell him about the vodka but I spoke to him only recently and he changed my dose but it’s still happening. It’s hard to handle the restlessness and tiredness everyday.

any of these meds ( I’m glad you know that vodka is a med!) or combination these these could cause the symptoms you describe. When was the last time you spoke with your doctor about your medication ( including the vodka)?

Could be other factors are involved as well- for instance, is your diet healthy, are you taking any exercise? Drugs and alcohol are not the only way to tackle anxiety, depression and insomnia.

What are my chances of recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome after ten years?

February 22nd, 2010 . by admin

I have had chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) for ten years now…what are my chances of eventually making a full recovery from this horrid disease?

You may never make a complete recovery from chronic fatigue, but there are ways to help. As well as generally pacing yourself, which is really important, have you considered homeopathy? I worked for a GP who was a qualified homeopath and also held a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Clinic every week. Do you know of any local hospitals nearby who hold such clinics? We found that homeopathy helped a lot of people and their symptoms. I myself had post viral fatigue for 18 months a few years ago and took the remedy Sepia 30c and within a month, I felt like somebody had recharged my batteries and given me a new lease of life. Of course everybody is different, but if you could consult a registered homeopath, he would be able to find the best remedy for you that would help alleviate your symptoms. Best wishes.

Why do I always feel tired after crying?

February 22nd, 2010 . by admin

Whether it’s a full blown hysterical bawl fest, or just a few falling tears because I’m thinking of something that makes me sad, I’m always tired after I cry. But I don’t know why and I cant seem to find the answer online. Does anyone here know why crying makes me feel tired?

When you cry, your tear glands work hard to produce tears and so your eyes feel heavy and tired.

Mostly though, it’s just the emotional workout you’ve just been through that can wear you out. Even if you only shed a few tears, you are stilled stressed and upset about something that being that emotional can make your brain tired.
