I’m based in Leicestershire, UK, and need a good NHS doctor, sympathetic and knowledgeable about fibromyalgia / chronic fatigue syndrome. Any suggestions how/where I might be able to access one?
Really sorry you have this, can’t really help, but in our area its impossible to find anyone who has an interest. My consultant saw me once told me to adjust my life style to cope and then signed me off. had some hydrotherapy and then was sent to a fitness classs which I declined because there was no way. No one seems to understand the nature of this awful illness.

I want something that tastes really good!
I want to eliminate coffee
(I don’t need to really drink anything b/c I can go the whole day, I just like a morning pick me up since I am not a morning person)
I love the Bolthouse Farms ones and Naked, just looking for some home recipes
I can add in soy milk, or silken tofu if necessary.
Peel two oranges, blend in blender.
Add two kiwifruit OR apples and repeat EXCEPT don’t blend seeds of apple.
Add some water.
Add LOTS of greens, kale or spinach work well.
Blend to a smoothie consistency.
Add blueberries or strawberries, frozen is okay.
Add nori flakes and flaxseed meal, it’s cheap and can be bought from the supermarket.
Blend.
WOLLA!
You’ve got a super healthy yummy smoothie.

I’m always tired and worn out even if i get like 14 hrs of sleep. I dont really get a choice of goin to the doctors. And idk wat to do but sume peeps say i might just be deperessed idk.
I wanna lose weight REALLY badly wats the fastest way? i cant seem to stick with diet or excercise
man… you have to do something … i wont recomend a diet pill or any medicine that can losen your wait…uhmmm
you have to exercise a little at first then add something next day or week dont rush into losen your fat…it takes time for a person to reduce weight or burn fat properly to make your self healthy

I used to get regular (and terrible!) nosebleeds, and it eventually became apparent that it was seasonal.
Turns out that it’s hayfever in my case. I take an antihysthamine during hayfever season and I hardly ever get them now and if I do, they are over and done with very quickly.
Hadn’t ever heard of nosebleeds as a symptom of hayfever, but there you go!!

I probably don’t sleep as much as I should(about 6-7 hours a night), but lately I’ve been experience mid-day tiredness, which isn’t that normal for me, and I’ve noticed that my eyes are getting dark circles under them. Besides getting a few more hours of shut eye, is there anything else I could do. Could low iron, or a lack of some other mineral be another factor?
If you eat healthy, you shouldn’t have to take iron supplements. Besides, I heard that taking iron supplements can actually harm you.
Do you go to bed at a regular hour like consistently during the week? If you sleep and wake up at different times everyday, your body will have a hard time adjusting to your sleep schedule.
